The Resource Exchange enables clients to use well-established vendor and contract management disciplines; covering the full spectrum of contingent worker acquisition (resource requisitioning, candidate submittal/evaluation, worker on/off-boarding) and performance feedback (resource performance feedback, company performance rating).
Companies can search for talent across Service Provider organizations to match their needs, while having access to past performance ratings of the Service Provider as well as drill-down access to the individual talent profiles (work history, portfolio, feedback ratings, skills, and test scores) within provider organizations. Provides a single world-wide virtual marketplace for Service Providers, enabling them to showcase their capabilities and experience to a global audience; thus creating an even playing field for companies regardless of size and geography.

CaliberVantage provides instant access to qualified professionals through searches based on skills, certifications, and number of years of experience. Service Providers can request to see the full resume of the Contingent Workers they are interested in engaging. If the Service Provider has already been identified as a "preferred" Service Provider for the Company, the Company will be able to view the full resume of all Contingent Workers that come up in the search for that Service Provider. |

Engage
This feature provides a comprehensive workflow that allows a Company to set up a contract with a Contingent Worker and/or Services Provider. Once the Service Provider receives a Contract and accepts the Contract the Contingent Worker becomes part of the Contingent Workforce of the Company. |

Manage
The contact information and the project that the Contingent Worker is working on can be updated at any point. In addition, if the contract or contract duration needs to be updated, it can be updated as part of this feature. |

Performance Feedback
Companies have the option to provide feedback on Contingent Workers and Service Providers they have done business with. The results of all Company feedback are combined to create a rating for the Service Provider and the Contingent Worker. |
