Mubashar Hameed is the founder and CEO of CaliberVantage. Mubashar brings over twenty years of track record of building high-transaction E-Commerce platforms, delivering enterprise-scale systems, and leading business transformation initiatives. Most recently Mubashar served as the EVP & CIO at MoneyGram International, a global payment services company; where he led the implementation of online and mobile money transfer platforms, and settlement, services and compliance systems. Previously as divisional SVP & CIO at Fiserv, he led the initiatives that increased the organization's capability, simplified a complex systems environment, and drove a process-centric culture. Earlier Mubashar spend over ten years at General Electric, in CIO/CTO roles, building and transforming the IT organizations of Security, Commercial Finance, Aero Energy, and Engine Services divisions. His leadership in these newly acquired or restructured high growth businesses included the dramatic turnaround of projects and leading Six Sigma, e-Commerce, digitization, and simplification initiatives.
Mubashar holds an M.B.A. and aMubashar holds an M.B.A. and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University. He is a graduate of GE's Management Development Program and is Six Sigma certified. |

Amanullah Kariapper is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in development of web applications using both open source and Microsoft technologies. Most recently, at Strategic Systems International, Aman led the design and development of a suite of tools for contract management for the Henry Ford Hospital System in Michigan. Prior to that, he helped develop the set of quantitative analysis tools used by The Optime Group to deliver human capital optimization consultancy services to hospitals in California and Massachusetts. Previously he consulted with a start-up recruitment service, The People Engine, advising on architectural decisions and designing the suite of tools to manage the recruitment cycle. Earlier in his engineering career, Aman helped develop an algorithm that optimized waste across multiple processes in the steel sheet and coil industry, a key component of the new supply chain management system used by one of US Steel's start-up.

Imran Sayeed is SVP & Chief Technology Officer at NTT Data, world's 6th largest IT Services company; where he leads a team of 6000 technology professionals across North America, Asia and Australia. Imran came to NTT Data through its acquisition of netNumina, a boutique technology strategy and consulting form that he founded and grew from a 15 person startup to one of Computerwold's Top 100 emerging companies and Inc 500's fastest growing businesses. Previously, as a founder of Open Environment, Imran grew the company from a 10-person startup to an IPO. Imran is currently a Sr. Lecturer at MIT's Sloan School of Management where he teaches in the MBA program on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Imran attended Brown University where he majored in Engineering, and Harvard University, where he did post-graduate work in business, marketing and product development. He holds a patent on Internet technology he jointly developed with Citibank. Imran serves on the Advisory Board of several software and private equity companies. |

Ayaz Ul Haque is a Managing Director at Exalt Capital Partners, a boutique advisory and principle investment firm. He brings over twenty years' investment banking, private equity, and venture capital experience; executing over $25BN in M&A/corporate finance advisory transactions. Most recently, Ayaz was a Managing Director with ePlanet Ventures and a Director with Draper Fisher Jurvetson ePlanet Ventures focusing on expansion and later-stage investments. Previously, Ayaz was the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Crosby Financial Holdings in London, focused on private equity investments covering technology, media, telecom, financial services, transportation, aviation, and manufacturing sectors. Earlier, Ayaz served as an Associate Director of Corporate Finance at Peregrine Investments, a pan-Asian investment bank, where he was responsible for developing Peregrine's corporate finance and private equity business in the Middle East.
Ayaz is a summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Middlebury College holding a B.A. in Economics. His current investments/board affiliations include companies in internet and digital media, communication and wireless, consumer and enterprise IT, and financial services and education. |

Adil Jafry is Chairman & CEO of Chandah Space Technologies, a Houston and Mountain View based company focused on space commercialization. Adil' brings over fifteen years of experience in building and growing innovative businesses, international mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurship, and infrastructure development. He currently serves as an Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) at the Houston Technology Center (HTC), named by Forbes as one of "Ten Technology Incubators Changing The World". He also currently serves as faculty on International Space University's (ISU) prestigious Space Studies Program, and as the Chair of its Business & Management department. Previously, he co-founded and served as the CEO of Tara Energy. Adil has been awarded the South Asian Chamber of Commerce and the Asian Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year awards in 2006 and 2007.
Adil is a graduate of the International Space University in Strasbourg, France, and prior to that attended the University of Texas at Austin. He is an avid TEDster and enjoys volunteering, reading, and using social media to effect positive change. |
