Resource Management
Global view of resources allows the resource managers access to resource allocation across the ecosystem. They can view profile recommendations for resources to help determine if they are the right person for the project. Workplans
The Project Workplan is the project’s schedule broken down into tasks, each of which can have their own blog and wiki. The Project Workplan displays the resources assigned to each task and allows the user to modify the details as required. The Project Manager can view and monitor task progress, modify task details, organize and schedule the work in the Project Workplan. The resources assigned to the task can update the percentage of the work they have completed or the hours of
the work they have completed. |

Activity Logs
The Activity Log captures the complete record of all the events associated with your project. Team members can create memos to record their status, recent activities, or completed work, tied to tasks, projects, documents and calendar events; so it is easy to see any notes associated with the event. You can customize which Activity Logs are generated and quickly view all changes, edits, additions, modifications and deletions to the project work, based on the date or the event. |

Documents & Wikis
CaliberVantage's Document vault houses all the documents critical to your project (e.g. specifications, CAD designs, vendor contracts, proposals, and presentations) for easy access, monitoring, and control. Team members can store any size or type of file without limit;
check out/check in version control system; optionally lock
documents to prevent further modifications; and link
documents to discussions and tasks.
The wiki allows teams to organize and edit all the critical
documents and project plans in one central repository. |

Project Controls
CaliberVantage allows the creation and reuse of an unlimited number of project templates built from your organization's current processes and best practices. These project schedule templates help you to standardize project processes across your organization, and save an abundance of time on project creation. CaliberVantage can be configured to send notifications about any project-related activities (modification to folders in the document vault and to specific documents, activities in a discussion group, and task assignments or changes to all kinds of events). Frequency of notifications is timed based on personal preference and the importance of the event. |
